Allama Iqbal Open university (AIOU)Islamabad announced aiou workshop schedule 2020 m.a education on official website www.aiou.edu.pk.You can free download and online obtain the information about the autumn and spring semesters. The aiou workshop schedule autumn compulsory face to face workshop of BS Accounting & Finance and ADC are going to be organized at the following regional centers of AIOU with the time table given below.

You can attend workshop classes aiou workshop spring at any of the following regional centers of AIOU near to your home.There are three Categories of B.ed Programme Duration first is 1.1/2years second 2.1/2 years and 3rd four years The absent students in the workshop will be marked failed in the final result of the subject in workshop schedule autumn 2020.

Allama Iqbal Open University has started online classes but students do not know how to get study online from aiou. AIOU has updated its Learning Management System (LMS). The URL of the new LMS is www.aaghi.euou.edu. pk.

Allama Iqbal Open University(AIOU) Guidelines for online Classes are given here. It is a very easy way to get a study online, you are informed about course details. fee workshops dates, assignments, date sheet Roll number slips and result. Department of Computer Science has started the online classes, PGD (CS) continuing students.

Online Sessions: 70% attendance is compulsory in online sessions and Workshop: Attendance is compulsory during the workshop, A workshop shall be conducted during the mid of semester to provide face-to-face tutorial support to students.5 to 7 days workshop shall be conducted during the semester and schedule of this workshop will be uploaded on the website. A tentative schedule is available on the website before the start of the semester.

Allama Iqbal Open University(AIOU) LMS Sign up Procedure

As other universities open universities also started online studies Programs in Pakistan. The student in Pakistan and overseas Pakistan from all over the world use it through Learning Management Service. You must be login into aaghi portal to take online sessions as per scheduled/Time Table available at AAGHI. Your user id#s and their passwords will be communicated through SMS. For issues regarding User ID’s and passwords please Email:

Online Classes for PGD (CS) Continue students Autumn, 2019 Semester classes will start
from December 16, 2019, till April 15’2020. The students already have taken an orientation to use AAGHI, Learning Management System (LMS)  Your login is your Registration No Followed by @aiou.edu.pk. a password will be communicated to you through SMS. For issues regarding User ID’s and passwords.

AIOU LMS Sign up Procedure :

Step 1: Students type this address/Tbrowser’s address bar. A web page will be opened as shown in image b*(ow and click on the “Log In” button in the right top corner.

Step 2: After clicking Log In Button, a page requiring log-in credentials will appear as shown in the image below. Please enter your username and password. If you are logging on the first time on the new system, the format for your username and password will be as follows: Username: registration number@aiou.edu.pk e-g 17PRI869@aiou.edu.pk (registration number should be in upper case without any space.) Password: roll number e-g BR6740 (your password is your roll number in uppercase and without any space).

Step 3: After Login the first time, you will be prompt to change your password as follows. You are required to change your password and remember it.

Step 4: You can click on the “Continue” button.

Step 5: Hover your mouse cursor to the right top corner. A drop-down menu will appear as shown in the image below. Please click on the “edit profile”.

Step 6: Update your email address and enter a valid email address. It is necessary to get notifications and other types of communications. Click on the “Update Profile” button at the end of the page to save changes.

Step 7: Click on the Dashboard tab to access your course.

Step 8: By clicking on any course, the following window will appear. There are two main sections. The first is the general section and the second is week wise division of the course.

Guideline for Online Classes;

  1. There will be 10 e-classes (tutorials) for each subject of three hours each.
  2. Your e-tutor may make any suitable changes in the e-class timing.
  3. Regularly read the announcements and e-tutor’s messages.
  4. Submit your assignments through online method only. A hardcopy form of assignments is not acceptable.
  5. Regularly visit the course page, view video lectures and then ask questions to the e-tutors.
  6. The brief notes/study guides of all subjects have been uploaded on the course page.
  7. The e-books have been uploaded on the course page, so start studying without waiting for the hardcopy books to be sent from the AIOU.
  8. The online video lectures can also be accessed via You-Tube @ AIOU Official channel.
  9. The compulsory face to face workshop of all courses will be conducted at the main campus, Islamabad in March-April, 2020.
  10. Attendance in each online class carries marks for online participation/contribution in each subject.

If you have Sometimes received the wrong Roll Number Slip with different examination centers that you not selected during filling your admission form, then you can change it from the concerned department. all information given in Roll # Slip is not correct according to the best of my knowledge.APPLICATION   FOR   CHANGE   OF   EXAMINATION CENTRE FOR  AIOU

Documents required for AIOU Change of Examination Center.

Attested copy of proof any one of the following grounds, the change of Examinations

  • Center is required:
  • Posting/transfer letter
  • Appointment letter
  • Nikah Nama (having dates within that particular semester)
  • Certificate from a Gazetted Officer (in case of change of place)
  • Attested copy of NIC and One photograph (attested from the backside)
  • The fee of Rs.600/- paid on bank challan (in favor of Treasurer, AIOU)

Request for change of Examination Centre (along with required documents/fee) is submitted at least 15 days prior to the start of Examinations. University reserves the right to approve/reject any application for change of Examination Centre without assigning any reason.

The fee of Change of AIOU Examination Center in Pakistan.

Prescribed Fee (i.e. Rs. 600/-) for change of Examination Centre be deposited after seeking permission from the authorized officer. Deposit of fee before seeking prior permission does not confer any right for a change of Examination Centre. Fee once paid by the student will not be refunded in any case.

Change of Examination Centre will only be allowed where Question Paper of that particular program/course is available. No special arrangement will be made.

APPLICATION FOR CHANGE OF EXAMINATION CENTRE

Change of Examination Centre is not allowed by AIOU, under normal conditions. However, in hardship cases, the change of Examinations Centre is allowed subject to:

Production of valid documentary proof – Nikah Nama, Transfer/posting letter with recent photograph, copy of NIC attested by Gazetted Officer. Only change if occurred after taking admission will be acceptable.

The candidate or his/her father changes the place of business or shifts to another station within three months before the commencement of the final examination, a certificate from Gazetted Officer is required to be attached.

Application Form Pattern is given here for the help of students. Change of center will be allowed once throughout the completion of a particular program and subsequent request will not be considered in any next examinations.

Karachi: NED University of Engineering and Technology has taken another big decision due to 19 COVIDs and has also made the entrance test of Bachelor of Engineering online. For this purpose, major changes were also made in the admission merit. According to the new decision, the online entrance test will be completely paperless.

NED University will hold online Bachelor’s entrance tests. However, these test candidates will not sit at home but will have to come to NED in different shifts. For this, the administration of NED University will not invite thousands of students to the university for the test at the same time but they will be divided into groups. A group of 900 to 1000 students will go to the computer labs of the university and take the test online and two groups will be tested at different times of the day.
